Your initial consultation will be an in-depth assessment of your health and goals.
For fertility, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive conditions or any reason you work with me, I will undertake a thorough review your medical and family history, blood tests, medications, symptoms, healthcare reports, nutrition assessment, diet, health goals -basically, I will ask you a million+ questions-
I will then help you feel confident with your nutrition choices by providing expert, science-based and realistic nutrition support based on your requirements.
I will build you a bespoke plan so you can meet your goals.
Intensive Initial Consultation

An intensive initial consultation is different to other healthcare appointments you may be used to.
We will cover everything from an initial consultation, but have extra time to discuss your concerns, questions and go into an extra layer of depth on your nutrition plan.
An intensive first consultation is especially recommended for initial fertility and postpartum clients, as there is always so much to work through.

Review Consultation

Your review consultation is our opportunity to enhance your nutrition plan over the course of your fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive or health journey.
I will monitor and adjust your bespoke supplement and nutrition plan based on the evolution of your specific requirements.
6 Week Nutrition Coaching

Over 6 weeks, you will access regular 1:1 nutrition support to help you achieve your goals.
Included:
1 Intensive Initial Consultation in week 1
+ 5 weekly reviews

+ tailored nutrition information and reviews for you based on your needs, ie: supplement regimes, ebooks, handouts, meal reviews and so forth.
