My nutrition philosophy is whole food, and soul food. I have a very realistic and pragmatic approach to nutrition, because I understand first-hand the juggle of pre-parenthood and parenthood nutrition.
I work with individuals and couples to optimise nutrition by including nutrient-dense whole foods, while establishing a healthy relationship with food.
